Vision (दृष्टि:)

The vision of this university is to preserve and protect Indian ancient heritage not only by teaching and research on ancient scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Philosophy, Puranas, Dharmashastra etc. but also promoting modern subjects like Yoga, Ayurveda, Computer, Life Management skills, Journalism etc. The aim of the University is also to provide value-based education to transform the learners in to responsible citizens and make India best place to live like Vedic times so as to lead the world by producing graduates equipped with ethical values and samskaras besides Indian Traditional knowledge.

Objectives (उद्देश्‍यानि)

⚫ To make the university multidisciplinary in Sanskrit and allied fields.

⚫ To conduct research on ancient scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas and Dharmashastra as well as the modern subjects like Yoga, Ayurveda, Computer, Life Management, Journalism etc.

⚫ To propagate and promote Indian culture as a specialized training institute of Indian knowledge tradition.

⚫ To make special provisions for integrated courses in humanities, social sciences, technology and science in its educational programmes.
